Marketing Coordinator

 

This role is responsible for marketing our services to university professionals nationally. The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for finding and generating qualified leads for Filbrandt & Company’s services.  The Marketing Coordinator must have superior organizational and communication skills. The Marketing Coordinator should be well rounded in database contact management, web-based marketing, and direct sales.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of successful direct sales and marketing experience
  • The candidate should possess outbound marketing experience and necessary qualities (confidence, perseverance and self-confidence) to be able to converse with most senior professionals in the University market.
  • The candidate should have successful experience in establishing, managing and using database information.
  • The candidate should be sales-oriented, a self-starter that wants to be a member of our team.

Financial Advisor/Wealth Manager

Salary Range $90,000-$130,000 or commensurate with ability and experience
Full Time
Financial Services- Retirement Planning, Estate Planning, Trust Services, Investments and Investment Planning,
Overall strategic planning for individuals and families
Education: 4+ year degree, plus credentials of MBA, CFP®, CFA®, CPA or JD very helpful.
Experience: 5+ financial services industry.

New Business Development Associate

The New Business Development Associate (NBD) is responsible for finding and developing new clients. This is a consultative sales position. The NBD must have superior direct sales and relationship building skills. The NBD should be well grounded in the technical aspects of financial, retirement, investment, and estate planning.

This is a full-time position and will require up to 25% travel.

Requirements:

  •  5+ years of successful marketing experience as well as direct sales experience
  •  Experience with prospecting and new business development
  •  Candidate must have experience with phone sales and face to face sales
  •  Experience with outbound marketing, possessing the necessary qualities (confidence, perseverance and self-confidence) to be able to converse with most senior professionals in the University market
  •  Candidate should have successful experience in establishing, managing, and using database information
  •  Candidate must have very strong technical skills and excellent communication skills
  •  Candidate should be sales oriented and a self-starter who wants to be a part of a team Candidate will value an independent firm with no proprietary products to sell in a firm with a fee-only platform.
  •  Ideal candidates will have experience with securing new clients and assisting them with their financial, estate, retirement and investment plans.
  •  The ideal candidate will have a passion for financial planning and want to work in an environment that is client centered and results oriented.
  •  The ideal candidate will have the credentials of CFP, ChFC, CPA, Attorney, CLU or CFA.

Data Entry Position

WORK AT HOME ON YOUR SCHEDULE

Schedule Type:  LTE, Part-Time
Work Hours: 10 hours per week is required
Location: At-home, applicant required to have a computer, internet access, and Microsoft Excel
Term period: Winter Break, may possibly extend on an LTE basis

We are a financial organization looking for an individual to do data gathering.  Candidates need to be very accurate and well organized. You can tailor your own hours.  The position is part-time to full-time with a minimum of 10 hours per week.

Financial Plan Writer

We are looking for individuals who have the ability to gather and organize key financial information and personal objectives. With the help of our tools, the Plan Writer assists the Financial Planner in helping our clients achieve their goals.
